This week's newsletter is the best medicine in the world for people who have been brainwashed by the Health Nannies. People have forgotten the essential dictum for a good life: "Moderation in all things." Being around wisps of smoke isn't going to kill anyone. Eating a Big Mac isn't going to kill anyone. Seeing smoking in the Movies isn't going to kill anyone. Being afraid of all these things helps to kill all of us a little bit at a time though.

Please send this notice to everyone you know. They may think they are still on the newsletter list, and other yahoo groups, and they might not be. Yahoo will delete a person from a group if the addy comes back as no good. Recently their computer burped and thousands of people who have perfectly good addys were put into limbo on the Yahoo system. If you got a piece of “spam” from yahoo saying your account is frozen until you click back so they know your email is good… it wasn’t spam.
