Cigarettes laced with arsenic, warning, and update. Almost ten years ago ASH promoted a how-to book on poisoning cigarettes. Norman E. Kjono filed a Criminal Complaint with the FBI. Today counterfeit cigarettes laced with arsenic and lead have been seized from street traders in Stirling.
