Environmental Tobacco Smoke Does Not Cause Genetic Damage In Casino Workers. By David W. Kuneman. This equation actually predicts that nonsmoking male workers with the highest continine levels would have negative genetic damage, based on Pritsos, et. al. data. This, of course is impossible, and proves these data are so fundamentally flawed, that they cannot be used to draw any conclusions.
Against Restaurant Smoking Bans. By Thomas A. Lambert. A better approach would be a hands-off policy permitting business owners to set their own smoking policies. Motivated by the pursuit of profits, the owners would have the proper incentive to maximize social welfare.
Give up or we won't operate, smokers told UK - This is blackmail, pure and simple. Smokers pay their taxes like everyone else. In fact, because of the very high duty on tobacco, they probably pay a lot more tax than the average person. They are entitled to free healthcare and health trusts do not have the right to make up conditions.

It's all about service, he says — and that includes helping people avoid long hours confined without a cigarette break during a long-haul flight.
